Cupped for quality and sourced from single regions or farms, these coffees are decaffeinated using a natural process that utilizes ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugar. The finished product retains its flavour integrity but contains almost no caffeine; after processing with E.A. the coffee contains a maximum of 0.03% of its original caffeine.
